Shipping & Returns

At Redemption Wellness, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers — whether you're located in the U.S. or shopping internationally.

Shipping and processing is 2–17 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Redemption Wellness, every order is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Once orders are shipped and in the possession of USPS or the selected carrier, Redemption Wellness is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Empty Package Policy

At Redemption Wellness, we take every order and shipment seriously and ensure all packages are securely packed and shipped.

If your package is marked delivered but arrives damaged, missing, or empty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, label, and contents received.

As the shipper and insured party, Redemption Wellness will file all USPS insurance claims on behalf of our customers. Customers should not file claims independently.

Once a claim is submitted, USPS may take up to 30 days to complete their investigation and issue a decision. During this time, we kindly ask for your patience while the claim is processed.

If the claim is approved, we will contact you immediately to arrange either:

  • a replacement shipment, or

  • a resolution based on the claim outcome

Please note:

Redemption Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered without shipping protection added at checkout. We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection during checkout for full coverage and faster resolutions.

By placing an order with Redemption Wellness, you agree to these terms and understand that all shipping claims must be handled directly through our business. Once proof of claim has been submitted and approved, our team will assist with a one-time replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

You will be required to pay for shipping again once the product is returned to sender. If the product is not returned to sender, the entire order will have to be re-purchased.

Shipping Protection

Customers who purchase shipping protection at checkout are fully covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to protect both our customers and our growing brand.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be clearly shown during checkout when you select your delivery option.

International orders may take longer to arrive depending on the location, customs processing, and local postal services. In some regions, express delivery options are available. The estimated delivery timeframe will also be displayed at checkout.

Please note: A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived 30 days post-dispatch.

Customs Fees (Including Duties)

For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

To avoid delays or returns, we recommend clearing any customs fees promptly.

If your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fee
    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you’d like the product to be resent, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

  • Address Confirmation
    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid any delivery issues.

  • Customer Responsibility
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

Redemption Wellness is not liable for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect address information.

Important: We do not accept returns if the bottle has been opened or used.
